I am a childhood abuse survivor and left home at the age of 16. I have conquered alcoholism, addiction, mental illness, poverty and violence. I am a 100% self taught and made women.( only with Gods' Grace!) I  have worked in dozens of Industries in the past 40 years including: a working actor, involved with the Fashion and Film Industries for decades ( I owned at Talent Agency in Vancouver BC Canada)  Certified Personal Trainer and competed in International Fitness Competitions, managed dozens of retail companies, worked as a PA to a Land Developer, owned a small Odd Jobs Business, owned a Seniors Care business, co owned a restaurant, facilitated personal development & 12 step groups , was the first female Bike Messenger to work in Victoria BC, shared my heart and home with 3 cats and 3 dogs. 

I am a strong believer in good mental health and have worked with a handful of excellent Therapists and Counselors' over the decades incorporating Family Systems , CBT,  Trauma therapy & Psychotherapy & others.
